  • Exchange of communication is fair and encourage mutual agreement.
  • It uplift the self-esteem of your client and encourages confidence to play an active role in the treatment regimen.
  • It promotes active participation from the client by making the patient understand the situation and treatment regimen.
  • The goal is positive and patient-centered.
  • Understanding the non verbal and verbal cues of each other.
  • Through therapeutic communication, trust develops.
