ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

 
Classes of Medications Associated with Erectile Dysfunction:

  • Antiadrenergics and antihyperensives: guanethidine; clonidine; hydralazine; metoprolol
  • Anticholinergics and phrnothiazines: prochlorperasizine; trrihexyphenidyl
  • Anti-seizure agents: carbamazepine
  • Antifungals: ketoconazole
  • Antihormone ( prostate cancer treatment): flutamine; leuprolide
  • Antipsychotics: chlorpromazine; haloperidol
  • Antispasmodics: oxybutynin
  • Anxiolytics; sedative-hypnotics; tranquilizers; lorazepam; triazolam
  • Beta-blockers: nadolol
  • Calcium channel blockers: nifedipine
  • Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors: acetazolamide
  • H2 antagonists: nizatidine
  • Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: naproxen
  • Thiazide diuretics: hydrochlorothiazide
  • Tricyclic antidepressants:amitriptyline; desipramine
