Factors Causing Illness

1. Predisposing factors - a condition that is characterized by a previous tendency or susceptability of a disease. Example will be the family history of hypertension, diabetes meliitus etc.
2. Contributing factors - a condition that helps bring about a result of a disease such as smoking, obesity, unhealthy eating, etc
3. Precipitating factors - a condition that hasten or brings in a result hurriedly like stress.
