- Create A Relaxing Bedtime Routine - Make your bedroom more sleep friendly by keeping noise down, keeping it cool and comfortable. Also reserve it for sleeping and sex. Some bedtime rituals are reading books by a soft light, taking a warm bath, listening to your favorite music, etc.
- Eat Right and Get Regular Exercise - Do not eat big or heavy meal at night, avoid alcohol before bed, do not drink coffee or anything with caffeine, avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening and quit smoking.
