My Learning Feedback
Today was my first day at Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Mandaluyong City Medical Center because I was first assigned at Delivery Room on my past duties. All I can say that I was afraid for the very first time, for the reason that you are going to take care of babies you don’t even know, I’m scared that I can’t handle the right care for them but later on as I was rendering the care to the baby I was assisted by our clinical instructor. Ms. Rubeth San Diego that was good in teaching me the right way on doing the procedure, thanks to her.
So the next time that I will be assigned on that area I will be confident that I can do the Immediate
Newborn Care. It was such great feeling that you can take care of the babies you don’t even know.
